Individual Heads of Garlic

All our individual heads of garlic are grown and cured with the same care as our braid garlic. This variety is long lasting, organically grown, Croatian Purple Garlic, all grown on our small farm on Vashon Island, in Puget Sound.
 
Our garlic is hand planted, harvested and then cured outdoors on drying racks in late summer. We do this all with the stalks attached, giving it the ability to last far longer than what you will find in the grocery store. After the curing process we hand select each head for our braids ensuring it is the highest quality.
